Completely NA-KD

Orange is the new black. Or is it?

I’m putting that theory to the test with a few fall pieces I picked out from NA-KD. I start out seeing things in shade of orange with a two-piece pant suit, but will I end up back in black?

I am completely and utterly obsessed with these round colored shades. Not only are they the perfect size for my face, but I also love the ombre tint. I don’t own a ton of shades, because it’s difficult to find ones that fit the shape and size of my face, but these hit the nail right on the head!

This set is a casual twist on the power suit. The highwaist tapered pant and bold color give it a really strong feel, while the material makes it perfect for nearly any occasion.

I paired the pants with a matching button up, a simple black bandeau top and navy blue velvet sling backs. The blue accent are the perfect compliment to the ombre tint of the shades and the exposed midriff creates a little visual relief from an otherwise very covered up and one-note look.

The next look I put together from NA-KD is very much in line with my day to day personal style. I live for an all-black look! Who doesn’t, right? But I also love to keep it interesting with a contrasting shoe. I have been on the hunt for a pair of boots like these tan ankle booties for quite a while, so they were the first thing I added to my shopping cart.

Whenever you wear an all-black look, it’s always a good idea to play with pieces that are interesting and unexpected. It will keep your style from being a total snooze. This tie back top does just that. From the front it’s a simple button up, but once you turn around, the cute factor goes up 100%.
