Hidden Gems

After traveling out of the country for the first time, I have to admit that I’ve been bitten by the travel bug pretty hard. Every day I find myself daydreaming about new places to go. The one thing that I didn’t get to do during my summer travels was take a trip to the beach. So when I found out about this hidden oasis in the middle of Atlanta I jumped at the opportunity to go! But trust me, it was no easy task! There was about an hour of hiking, deadly cliffs and barb-wired fences involved…but it was TOTALLY worth ever bit of it. The sight of it was absolutely breathtaking and the water was so cool and relaxing. Worth. Every. Risk.
I recently received this AMAZING swimsuit (along with 3 others) from Andrea Iyamah and I just knew that it would be perfect for the occasion and make for some really great shots. And I’m glad to see that I was right! Seriously, this might easily be the most beautiful photo set I’ve ever posted. (Although I’m sure it had a lot to do with the fact that my longtime friend, Qam Milli, shot them. She’s amazingly talented.) But seriously, I love this swimsuit because it’s sexy (yet tasteful) and very fashionable. What more could a girl ask for?! I’m normally not much of a 2 piece girl—I feel like they scream “I’m trying too hard”—but there was no way I could pass up on this B-E-A-UTIFUL piece of work. It’s such a work of art. Summer or no summer, I’ll be getting all the use I can out of it! Doesn’t this top just scream “WEAR ME AS A CROP TOP!” Lol. So don’t be surprised if you see it worn in several other posts that don’t involve poolsides and beach shores. You’ve been warned!
