Fifty Shades of Green

My new second favorite color? Olive green. (Nothing and no one will ever replace the color black). But I have to admit, this fall color is really pulling on my heart strings these days. I’ve had this bomber jacket for a while now, but you’d be shocked to know I’ve only worn it once.  It’s just kind of been sitting in the back of my closet begging to be worn. Well, I recently purchased this strappy maxi dress (for a NYFW event) and, while I love the dress, on it’s own it reads a bit dressy and not really suited for my every day life. So I decided to pair it with sneakers and a bomber jacket. But it was actually the olive green saddle bag from the September Charming Charlie x StyleWatch collection that was the cherry on top. For me, it was the perfect way to tie the whole look together and I have to admit, it’s one of my new favs–both the bag and the look. So if you see me out and about in Chicago and I’m wearing this outfit, don’t say I didn’t warn you!
