Welcome to Animal Farm
Cranes… and leopards… and barns… OH MY! No seriously, this really cool building is actually an abandoned barn!
Have you ever accidentally put together an outfit and ending up loving it? That’s actually how this look came together. Honestly, I would have never thought to pair leopard print with this sweater and yet, it happened. I was already wearing the jeans and slippers earlier in the day, but when the sun went down and the temperature dropped I needed to add a few layers. I bought this crane embellished sweater from the Altuzarra for Target collection the day it launched and I had yet to wear it, so I figured now was as good a time as any! As I was trying to decide which shoes to change into, I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and went, “Actually, I really like this!” Kismet!
I’m sure you guys know ALL about the Altuzarra for Target collection by now so I won’t bore you with the details—especially since every blogger under the sun has probably already styled and posted their pieces. (I’m gonna do better…I promise. Lol). I’ll just quickly say that this is 1 of 3 pieces I bought from the collection and probably my favorite of the 3. It’s super comfy and a great way to add casual chicness to your wardrobe.
The jeans and the shoes are from my BFF’s over at Shoedazzle. I spent days contemplating these leopard slippers because I wasn’t really sure if they were my style or not. But for some reason, every time I came across them I couldn’t stop thinking how dope they were so I decided to go for it. Definitely glad I did! I love them! Comfortable and visual interest all in one
Later in the evening, the wind really kicked up and my head was FREEZING (#BaldGirlProblems) so I had to switch out my hat for a beanie.
