I’ve been back stateside for a few days now and I’m missing Paris like CRAZY! So I decided to finally sit down and post an outfit post from Paris. Kind of makes me feel like I’m back in the City of Light.
In my previous post, I talked about how much it rained, forcing me to do a lot of my sightseeing on the same day. I went to see the Louvre, the Lovelock Bridge and the Eiffel Tower all on the same day. I knew I would be taking a ton of pictures and doing a lot of walking so I opted to wear something that was both fun and comfortable. I thrifted this skirt a few years ago from the Beacon’s Closet in Park Slope (NYC). It’s easily one of my greatest thrifting finds to date. I especially love the fact that it was only $10 ($17 after I paid for alterations). I paired it with a mesh top and gold zip-front crop top. I added a little bit of edge with my favorite black lippy and cat-eye shades from Aldo.
I love this outfit and it made me feel so bright and cheery. The bright pattern paired with my favorite thing in the world…BLACK…put me totally in my element. A great outfit plus a great day of sightseeing…what more could a girl ask for!
